Customer satisfaction is our priority. Since most of our services are customized and developed specifically according to client requirements, refunds are generally not applicable once the project has commenced.
1. Cancellation Before Work Starts
If you cancel before development work begins, any eligible refund is processed after deduction of applicable payment-processing charges and any agreed non-refundable fees.
2. Cancellation After Work Begins
Once development work has started, refunds may be limited or unavailable depending on work already completed. Once substantial custom development is done, cancellation may not qualify for a full refund.
3. Custom Work
Custom design, unique features, and work done to your specifications are generally non-refundable once the corresponding work has been delivered or substantially completed.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Domain registration, hosting, SSL certificates, software licenses, third-party subscriptions, and completed digital services are non-refundable.
5. Eligible Refund Conditions
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payment made by the customer
- Payment deducted but service could not be delivered due to our inability
- Refund approved by management after reviewing the specific case
6. How to Request a Refund
Submit a request through the contact page with:
- Your full name
- Order / Project reference number
- Payment date and amount
- Reason for refund request
