Quotations & Pricing
All quotations and pricing are subject to mutual agreement between the client and Web Miracle Technology. Prices are valid for the period mentioned in the quotation.
Project Timeline
Project timelines depend upon timely approval and content submission from the client. Delays in client feedback may result in extended delivery dates.
Payment Terms
Advance payments made for project initiation are non-transferable. Payment schedules will be outlined in the project agreement. Services may be suspended in case of non-payment.
Additional Features
Any additional features or modifications beyond the agreed scope of work may incur additional charges. Changes must be communicated and approved in writing.
Service Suspension
Web Miracle Technology reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in case of non-payment, violation of terms, or misuse of our services.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information required for project completion. Delays or inaccuracies may impact project outcomes.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property remains with the respective owner after full payment unless otherwise agreed in writing. Source code, designs, and assets are transferred upon final payment.
Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
All disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India. Both parties agree to resolve disputes amicably before legal action.
Limitation of Liability
Web Miracle Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
Legal Compliance
